Production 
D & G provide a complete thermoplastic injection moulding
process.
A
variety of polymers are processed using Arburg’s closed
loop CNC technology.
- We
do not have a minimum production batch because we wish to encourage
our customers to grow with us.
- We
ensure the process
 developed
for small production quantities is repeatable and will yield identical
results on large runs.
- The
set-up data for the part is stored electronically which ensures that
components are consistent for every batch.
- We
can provide electroplated or spray finished parts if special effects
are required.
- Company
logos and part descriptions/numbers can be applied to the part using
silkscreening, pad printing or hot foiling.
- Various
assembly processes are offered including ultrasonic welding.
- Finished
parts are packaged and supplied with full traceability.
